추운 겨울이 지나고 따스한 햇살이 반가운 봄이 다가왔습니다.

Deane 교수 <https://staff.qut.edu.au/staff/felicity.deane>; 는 무역과 환경, 특히 탄소국경세 관련 연구를 수년간 해 온 전문가로서 저서 'Emissions trading and WTO law: A global analysis (2015, Edward Elgar Publishing)는 국내에도 번역되어 출간(배출권거래와 WTO법, 박덕영 외 역)되어 있습니다. 올 상반기 탄소국경세를 도입하려는 EU의 움직임에 이목이 집중되는 시점이라 유용한 세미나가

되리라 믿습니다.
